OTHER BRICK WARGAMES
December 6, 2004 - LEGO Omniverse Returns

Recently received in e-mail from Ian Mann:

Yeah, just wanted to tell you that I found some LEGO Omniverse links, but this raises the queston: Have you not heard of google?

"Google," you say? Who is this "Google" and how do I contact him?

Actually, Joe Brandt emailed me about a month ago when he resurrected LEGO Omniverse at its new site - I just haven't gotten around to updating the Brick Wargames links until today. Mainly because the whole page has been in such disarray, all the links have moved around and gotten out-of-date while I wasn't watching. I knew that once I started editing the page I'd be tracking down those errant links for hours.

So, now LEGO Omniverse is returned to its former position of prominence, and as a side benefit, the Brick Wargames page is once again as current as circumstances allow. I was able to find new links for a lot of the old broken ones, and I put little red stop signs next to the links that I couldn't fix.

LEGO Omniverse is a pretty straightforward tactical wargame, with extra supplements for space, fantasy, and post-apocalyptic settings.

Since the first moment I saw the battle figures Mik had illustrated for Lego Omniverse, I knew that I had to do the same thing for BrikWars. Years have passed since that fateful day, and I still have yet to get around to it.
