Dan Baldwin and Sebastian Persson have both written in to say that they've found an old copy of PlasticHammer online - or at least its Quick-Start version.
The Quick-Start version spends more space writing about how much better the "full version" is than it does on its own rules, so hopefully the full version will also get put back up at some point.
