I take the good ol' fashioned method of memorizing as much of the rules as is required to educate new converts and efficicient hand-waving / arbitrating of the gray areas on the off chance anyone questions them. I look at the rules about two or three times a year, to inspire myself with the Brikwars mentality more than relearn the rules.

Still, a mass-produced printed copy would be an excellent endeavor, especially if it meant introducing a new horde of players to the field.
Were it that simple...

Yeah I find that when I am setting up for a battle like with stats and stuff the PDF is better but in the real battle printed is much easier

Or better still, printed PDF... Only problem is rules tweaks not in the PDF but in HTML format.

i too would purchase a hard copy of the rules, if priced around $15 or so, whether anyone makes a profit or not.

Hell, I'd buy the 2005 rules for $30 if it:

Looked nice
Had a lot of margin space for writing your own rules
A CD that included the rules and some stat card templates
The formulas Rayhawk uses to make the weapons balanced and things so making up your own weapons was easier

I mean for more customized weapons as opposed to all size 2 weapons having the same range and damage. I would like a sniper rifle that had much more range, but only 2d6 damage or so.
