I made it last year. I printed out the 2001 rules, created the cover in Photoshop, then hand-bound it. I was going for the look of the old TSR AD&D books.

LEGO, though it might be a shame, is a pacifist toy company. they would never allow to be even remotely affiliated with something as destructive as brikwars, which includes allowing the use of their trademarks such as minifigs.
besides, if there was even the slightest possibility, I believe Lord Rayhawk has probably already tried it, and as there are no brikwars rulebooks for sale, it didnt work
