I always delete farewell threads and posts, I just dislike them. Asking the internet to care that you're not here anymore is like... asking the internet to care. There are minors on the board, and it sets a bad example. Won't someone think of the children?

If everyone had just responded with "get the hell out, no one cares if you're leaving" then I would have had an easier time tolerating it. But unfortunately you were well liked, so the thread had to go.

I said "asking the internet to care" because I was trying to find a nice way to rephrase "waah waah look at me." There's no very large difference; "waah waah" is still "waah waah" regardless of whether you're liked or not. "Waah waah" just means someone is about to have an ass-storm of booty bothered; for reference, see OP.

Nobody says "I'm leaving" and then actually leaves; they say "I'm leaving" and then come back to see how people responded. It's ultra lame, no matter who you are.
