PS: Peaches are like brain tumors, they are extremely annoying and just won't go away!!!!!!

Because he's a character in a movie, and following the pattern of past LEGO sets, all minifigs that represent real people are molded in their own skin colour.

Actually, the official Lego policy makes any character affiliated with or part of a movie, film, or other official, non-Lego franchise as a "flesh-toned" minifig because of certain contracts with Lucasfilms and others.

Kinda stupid in my opinion, but it makes a good Brikwars game for minifigure rights activists... :wink:

The reason is that George Lucas would not agree to a yellow Lando Calrissian. And once they made Lando a realistic skin tone, they had to make all the other licensed characters a realistic skin tone, because they wanted to keep yellow non-racially-specific. So their original solution was just to never do a set with Lando in it. But the fans wouldn't stop demanding him. And that's why we now have peaches. NICE JOB, FANS.
