If JavaScript is disabled does the forum even work?
I use NoScript in Firefox, but on sites I trust and actually want to use I need to allow the site.

If there is something that detects whether Java is enabled or not, could there be a switch maybe that if Java is disabled it displays the static banner but if Java is enabled it displays the rotation?

Well - I have adblock enabled as well - how the devil do I turn it off for individual websites?
Also - I cannot help but notice this forum is still blue, and I do so miss our original brown/beige motif. When the devil is this shizz being fixed?

NoScript has a button on screen when its blocking stuff.
So you click that and get a bunch of options.
