Yeah. Hell fuckin' yeah.

I had to change the title to be more blatant.

Finally! A fifth one!
I hope they use the thing that lets the npcs think for themselves.
That lead to a glitch in playtesting (according to a gaming magazine)
where the prison guards would kill the prisoners for their food.

As long as they address the long-running issue where anybody in an Elder Scrolls game looks like a dork perpetually, I'll be happy.

EDIT: Dragons! :O

[cynicism] Although... WoW's got a dragon invasion, Elder Scrolls has a dragon invasion, Heroscape (of all things) has one, the dragons-demon things in Dragon Age. Seen it. [/cynicism]

Ah, didn't know they were making a fifth one. This should prove interesting.

Wow, I'm surprised this actually got some replies. It's been up a month under the title "After all the hype, it finally happened"

Anyway, apart from the possible location of Skyrim, and the possible inclusion of dragons, we know that they are finally going to use a new engine. Remember the nostalgic Fallout 3, Morrowind, New Vegas and Oblivion game engine? Not anymore!

This could mean that we don't have to zoom in on characters facial flaws during speech anymore.

The title must not have been interesting enough. :) Regarding the engine, though: woot. Anything should be better.
