I just realized we should have melted him with urine before IVHorseman attacked. Oh well.

Saucix

Before I attacked? You're the one who made us roll initiative, as well as the one to decide to cut the arm off. Don't go blaming this one on me!

Adarim makes another swing at the wounded ice person.

Rolled Melee 14+1 vs. AC

...But it manages to sidestep his sword at the last second.

Nisos speaks the words of protection, and a glowing aura appears around him.

As the creature moves away, Gerald steps up and continues the assault!

Rolled Melee 6+2 vs. AC

But the ice person brings its sword down, and bats Gerald's sword aside.

Saucix is covered in frost.

Rolled Fort save 17+12

He rubs his face and arms desperately, and manages to get rid of most of the frost. But he can't do anything else this turn.

Gregor has been following the combat, and sees an opportunity. Slipping in behind the ice person, he brings his short sword up...

Rolled Backstab 2+2 vs. Ref

...but then the ice person makes a sudden turn, and Gregor has to jump out of the way! He can try another backstab next turn.

The ice person slashes upwards at Gerald, and he can't bring his shield up fast enough! He takes a full hit to the body, and the force of the blow throws him across the room. 5 damage

Gerald hits the floor, and passes out.

Situation:

Gerald: -3/8 HP, unconscious, dying

Gregor: 5/6 HP, in position for backstab

Nisos: 1/1 HP, has Protection from Evil

Strike him with everything I've got.

If you roll low enough, I might still be unconcious. It might be best to just save yourselves then stabalize me before I bleed out. However, I DO have the best attack bonus, so you might need me.

I'm careful to keep my positioning as I dance around for another strike. I attempt to backstab again.

OOC: I go partying for a day and still no action from Scratch? Oh well, don't blame me if you all die

Adarim gets in front of Gerald and strikes at the ice person.

Rolled Melee 13+1 vs. AC

The enemy's blade twirls around and bashes Adarim's sword way aside.

Saucix lays his hands on Gerald's wound and quickly recites a prayer to Päkkaan. The tear closes up, and with a cough Gerald comes back to consciousness. 7 HP regained

Adarim's defense is wide open, and the ice person raises its sword for a deadly swing...

Rolled Backstab 14+2 vs. Ref, rolled Damage (5+1)x2

...when a short blade emerges from its chest. The creature stops in the middle of the swing, looks down in confusion as its eyes dim... and falls over. It hits the floor with a loud crash, and behind stands Gregor, his short sword still raised.

Situation:
Spoiler
Show
Saucix: 2/8 HP

Gerald: 4/8 HP

Gregor: 5/6 HP

Nisos: 1/1 HP, has Protection from Evil

Adarim: 7/7 HP

Logan: Healthy

I didn't respond because I am basically useless right now. anyway, inspect ice corpse, and attempt to thaw the gob-sicles. Look at the sword too, that might be cool to get.

So many 1's.
Adarim
Find a heavy blunt object and use it to smash the ice person.

The ice corpse is now as rigid and unmoving as any block of ice. The fight has left it partly broken and highly cracked. The sword of the ice person is straight and ends in a triangular point. The handleguards are a pair of decorative spirals. The whole weapon is forged as a single piece of steel.

How are you going to thaw the frozen goblins? It might sound obvious but it's best if you specify how you do stuff.

Adarim picks up a rock that is lying around, and starts smashing apart the ice person.

That's your base attack bonus, yo.

I inspect the sword. Is it one-handed? Either way, dibs.

Yep, it's one-handed. Got some of your blood on it.
