Possible Future Lego Games

The original Lego Racers was amazing, if I hadn't lost the disc I'd play it so often. If they ever do another Lego Racers game, it needs to be in that style. Plus, with newer computers and consoles, there would be so much more construction capability, especially with the pre-existing LDD.

Plus, they could have DLC for stuff like new parts, tracks, or game modes, and there could be online racing...

Okay, I am now convinced this is a super idea.

Whether or not it will be any good is a different matter. You see, LU is one of those games that has multiplayer tacked on as a side-bonus for your money. This isn't considered a good thing if you're making a MMO.

C'mon! The chat function sucks! And theres no reason to have MMO in the title! The only thing they're good for is nicking your power ups and making you wait to use quick builds!

It takes a minute to get used to the whitelist, but the chat is fine as long as you know how to spell. If you haven't figured out the advantages of having friends helping you out yet, you either haven't gotten very far or aren't taking proper advantage of your team buffs.

"One" works fine. I didn't check "1" yet.

I think they must have revamped the hell out of the chat system between beta and release, or stuck in a new one entirely.

Basic chat: White list. "1" is not allowed, but "one" is. They have added a lot to the white list and I was able to chat with no problems.

Best Friend Chat: This one is a black list system. The first thing Rayhawk wrote was "1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10" and "ah, that was so satisfying." I wrote "i hit that last night, your mom, fuuuuuuuuu-!!!!, ungabunga, & :3" Fuck was obviously on the black list.

The chat has come a long way.

Nice to see they allow long form numbers. Its very hard to chat in a game without any numbers at all.
