Lego Battles

So, did anyone play with this back in the day?

I've finally managed to get a good emulator and rom so I can play it on my pc... and I love it! It feels very oldschool, like Warcraft 2-ish, but the whole concept and gameplay and setting make me squeal like a schoolgirl uguuuuuuuu~

tl;dr - I love it and had to share. Also, discussion.

I just played that today! A good try, at a decent level for a step out of the comfort zone. They're doing this with Ninjago.
As always, I prefer their classic style. At this point I think we can actually call it classic!
My doctor says I have an obsession with vengance. We'll just see about that
My 550th post was "JANE-FREAKIN-GOODALL".
I called the Ghostbusters in my 600th post.

My brother's played it on his DS, but I've never played it.

I think I finished it, I like the Mars Mission dudes the best because they get dropships which are great for moving my real base to a scret location whilst I keep my starting one as a dummy. Only thing is that it has a limit of 20 units which sucks sometimes.

All I need to do to win the whole game is buy some heroes... isn't it awesome?
And the worst part is, I don't think of good comebacks until after the... HEY!

It would be awesome if it had wi-fi matchmaking battle support

EDIT:

Lego battles: Ninjago releases in 10 days

Estimated release of rom:

20 - 40 days
