Seems to be mostly a puzzle game.

The creatures stand still and you need to manage your health/mana/items and the number of spaces left to reveal.

You get an increase to health and mana by revealing spaces.

Do the tutorial.

It's awesome because of it's simpilicity. The greatest thing are the gods.

I've been playing it for a while, but I rarely worship any gods. Most of them are rather whiny.
Remus: Harry... I'm a werewolf.
Harry: Are you fucking serious?
Remus: Well yes, but I don't see how that applies here.

The best god depends on the class. I love the idea of exploration as a resource, it's my favorite part of DD. Anybody here unlocked, much less beaten the campaign yet? what's it like?
Okay fine I give up
