Party: Inside

A pair of cops appear in the doorway as the horde lunges, smashing into the cars. They wield shotguns and blast away the outrunners as they lunge for you. The group makes it through the doorway and the cops slam the door back, bolting it and shoving a steel cabinet against it's metal-reinforced plating. They quickly escort you up a level, past several fall-back barricades and armed groups of riot police.

You are led to the roof, where several cops have rifles and are watching the streets below. A man, standing at the edge, turns around. "Ah, you made it. Good. I'm Commissioner James. You look like a fit lot of men." He motions towards the zombies below. "This station should be able to hold for a while, but we have no supplies. We can outfit you with weapons- there is a full armory for riot police below- but I'll have to ask you for help for a supply run. Are you up to it?" He seems to be quite sensible, considering his surroundings. You look at each other.

A nearby cop's radio crackles, and you hear Ross's voice over it faintly. "-from northeast, hit the north bridge, heavy explosiv-"

The roof is overshadowed and flanked by a tall building to one side. The street is on the others.

You guys head for the armory, escorted by a cop. Most of the things inside are gone, but they have all the weapons available- except the riot gear. Looking inside these lockers, the cop says that all the squads are on the street. Unfortunate...

Everyone grabs a pistol and spare ammo.

You decide to get some rest before trying to figure anything out. The group bunks in a breakroom overlooking the street, where most of the horde has wandered off... Arkbrik clicks through his laptop again, looking at the Twitter link. The wifi here is operational. You hear a slightly panicked voice over the link- "*kzrrt*-rth bridge destroyed, we don't know situation of East City-" Ross's voice cuts in. "Did you see to the river traffic first?" "We weren't able to make it to the docks, heavy resistance- Marlock and his gang were there-" "Acknowledged. Thanks for the info, Red Seven. Is your group safe?" "*bzzzrt*-arehouse off Military Ave. No heavy presence-"

Arkbrik fiddles with the radio, tuning it. He raises it and hits the transmission button. "Hello! Ross, you there? This is Arkbrik." There's silence for a moment, then Ross curses, saying "Jesus! Thank god you're alright. Are the guys with you?" "Yeah, some of them. We didn't see the rest." "Ok, great- look, if you could get out here, I'm running recovery management from my house. I could use the help." "Got it, we'll see if we swing that."

501st is leaning out the window, looking down at the zombies. He hears a dull roar from down the street and looks up. There are three armored trucks blazing down the street, knocking abandoned vehicles and zombies out of the way. The skull and bones painted on the hoods of the trucks. The thunder of guns come from them, and he can hear a distant maniacal laughing, as another horde comes racing after them...

The cop jumps up and runs to the window, only looking for a moment as he spins around for the door. "Raiders! Get to the windows!" he shouts, tearing out into the hall.

[5: Epic Success] Zupponn leans back unconcernedly. He pulls out his bass and tunes it, strumming. He begins to sing.

Darth gets to the window and takes a bead on the Raider, waiting for them to shoot. Arkbrik comes up next to him.

501st: Tactics

[3: Meager Success] 501st quickly goes through the Armory's grenade stock, finding a fragmentary, but no tear gas. He considers it as he gets back to the break room, pulling his rifle out.

The two cars pull up in front of the department, stopping. A guy pokes his head out of the driver's seat, waving a bottle of beer around. "EY! COMMISH!" he bawls. "COMMISHINER! SHOW YER UGLY FACE!" The Commissioner's voice comes from above. "Marlock, I told you not to bring your boys back to the city-" "DUN' GIVE A F'K WHAT YOU TOLD ME" the man shouts angrily. "TEH F'KIN WORLD'S GOING TO HELL, COMMISH, AND YOU'RE COMING WITH ME". He produces a magnum from the inside of the car and snaps a shot off at the roof, signaling the other raiders to shooting as well. Darth and Arkbrik open fire as some in one car dismount and start banging on the doors.

Darth: [1+1: Fail] His shot wings off the car's armored windshield.
Arkbrik: [5+1: Overshoot] Arkbrik's pistol blazes, going through an entire clip. He pounds three shots through the skulls of a few raiders taking a bead on him, sending others diving for cover. "KILL EM" Marlock yells, muffled from inside the car. The police open up, guns blazing back.
