(mind if I get an update in current events? Common knowledge, what caused the appocalypse, etc.)

use forage, make a visual check for useful parts. Also look around for hostiles.

"I agree with Raye, making camp and finding a steady source of supplies is our best bet for survival. I'd also like to find something a bit more... tonal. I feel like a bloody ice cream cone out here. Let's see what we can find up north in terms of shelter."

Your group treks out through the scorched earth. You remember the tales of how the world got this way. Humanity had reached a new height in technology, with new advances in genetic engineering, cloning, and cybernetics. Your travel take you to an old railroad, where you find an abandoned train car, scavengers call them scrap cars. It seems you are not the first ones here.

I scout for any useful junk, leaving my fully-capable teammates to deal with the newcomer. I was more of an engineer than a fighter, anyways.

(Hopefully I find a small electric motor.....or something sharp.....)

raise my crossbow into his face, and make sure he gets the hint that it's four on one. and he seems to only have an old, rusty axe.
