yeah I know but thats why I said that wow is better then runescape to make clear how fucked up runescape is because WoW already tottally sucks.

It's not that the game sucks...

...It's just that the community is awful. If the thing actually had a client, rather than a browser-based launch system, people could screw with it and get some private servers running. Then it would be good.

Edit: Ohmygosh....I feel inspired to play Runescape now. -_-;;

Alright...who wants to go play Runescape together. I think my little dewd is like, Level 44 with Admanite armor and a Rune two-hander...

Yeah, I remember all the slang for that game.

i have an account, i remember how long it took to get that weild obsidian cape, and the flared trousers, the community is the most annoying, thinking back i used to defend it like hell, but now i laugh at its sorry arse.
i remember that member servers had less idiots on, but you had to pay.

But, hey, we could totally get our own little private club of Brikwars players going there. It even has a turn-based strategy game built in now (I read the recent announcements), and it would be a good way to spread the word about Brikwars.

That, and it's free, so nobody has to pay to play with their fellow Brikwarsians. We can all just log in and pwn n00bz together, even the ones with low-end computers.

i don't think bringing people in from there would be a wise idea, also blitzen's club* would see a lot more use.

*club as in the thing used to smash peoples brains in, not a group of people.

Hahaha, true, but you never know. We might attract the interest of some random worthwhile player.

Can't argue that Runescape isn't a unique little piece of the intarwebz, though. Despite the community, the game can be enjoyable...provided you can bear to ignore the community, or put together a group of worthwhile players.

yer i remember i had a friend list long enought i had to scroll but thats like 20 in two million, and they where rarely on, if you ignore the graffics and just block the stupid people it can be quite fun.

Well, then, Mr. Muffinman, care to give it a go?

I just checked, and my character is actually somewhere around level fifty-something. I could probably do some adventuring without having to start all over again, considering I still have all my old junk.
