Try not missing, it works wonders for me. 8)

The commands don't respond immediately, my sword is too slow to hit other things.

There is a shout that lets you slow down time. I think you can attack things during... Arrow Time!

Yeah but I just started the game and it is already a pain to hit creatures.

How old is your machine?
Does it meet the min specs?

It beats the recommended specs, still playing on window mode with lowest resolution possible. Runs Fallout New Vegas smoothly enough but anything else fails and lags. Even beating the recommended.

I used to play Skyrim, until I took an arrow to the knee.

(this is my only contribution to the thread, guard it carefully)

I used to make arrow in the knee jokes, until I took a mace to the face

Pesgores: in all seriousness, try switching perspective. I have a very hard time fighting in 3rd person, but am very accurate in 1st person. Maybe that will help. :)

I used to give a shit about Skyrim, until I took an Uncharted 1-3 to the brain.

Yeah, Uncharted 3 is amazing for anyone out there tryna play it.

Pesgores, have you considered being less bad?

Yeah dude, unless you are doing archery there is no reason you should ever miss ever, the hitboxes are massive and the weapons don't have very complicated mechanics behind them like in STALKER or Battlefield.

My mind has a hard time comprehending people still play this, but thats probably because i rushed through the game in four days.

V.A.T.S. kinda screws with the immersion, and I'm more accurate without it.

Although, I'm playing through NV with maxed Luck, and occasionally pull off 1% chance massively gory headshots with my rifle.

You mean the main quest? There are a bunch of other quest lines too that take about as much time as the main quest and there's no way you went through all of them in 4 days.
