My problem is if I buy too much stuff everyone goes "AAAA!!!" and vaccines start, everything closes, and I'm stuck. What do you normally do kind of at the beginning?
I think those stats only apply to non-Mexicans.

make it as contagious as freaking possible, with as few visible symptoms as i can. so don't get boils or sores early on. Pulmonary Edema is a good one, and vomiting can really get you going with spreading an illness. of course, researching drug resistance is absolutely necessary (higher resistance not only makes hospitals less good, but ALSO makes vaccines more likely to miserably fail), and airborne and waterborne illnesses are totally legit.

Something went horribly somehow I managed to infect madagaskar AFTER they shut down their shipyards.

OK, i guess that's the proof this game is completely crazy. Other evidence is the scoring. It's...crazy.
