No way Jose. That's how it's supposed to be, but most of the time it's a lot more complicated than that. Most of the time, there asre exceptions where what you said is true.

Well, Spanish and Portuguese people have sometimes the same names.

Jose=both
Pedro=both
João=Port.
Juán=Span.
Paulo=Port.
Pablo=Span.
