An Uber must be faced on the field of battle- face-to-face is preferable, yet a fourm will work if it's hosted by himself. If the victor defeats his forces in an act of war, personally taking the Uber hostage or killing him, victory is his and a vote must be cast anew.

Thereby leading to massive social disturbance when somebody decided that he's not doing a good enough job.

His face and respiratory system was damaged during an early battle in the Immortal War, so now he has to constantly wear a helmet with breathing equipment. He wields a Beamsaber and a lasershield for self-defense.


When the Commander chooses to go into battle, he will often use an RIN Punisher mecha.
