Okay. Take the picture into Microsoft Paint. Go to the bar at the top, and select Image, and then Stretch/Skew. Change both 100s to 25s. The resulting image should be four times smaller. If it's still too big (i.e., still fills the entire screen), repeat the process again. Make a habit of doing this with every picture you take with that camera, as it makes them a whole lot less obnoxious to those trying to view them.
Were it that simple...
