You control both the reinforcements and the incoming troops.
EDIT: Since we're having trouble finding volunteers, I'm giving 24 hours' notice to new players. After 24 hours I'll start allowing the players we have to choose a second faction (from the same team, of course) to command.

I still need orders from everyone except Silent-sigfig and IVhorseman.

All right. Only the Devastator cruiser and the Noral Shipping Co. remain up for grabs. About 12 more hours until I let people who are already controlling one faction pick them up.

Those who have already signed up can send in their orders. IVhorseman, Silent-sigfig, jifel, and Cpl. Halan have already sent orders in. Birdman has too, but he still needs to send in more clarifications. Everyone else, send in orders, we're way overdue to start.
