SteamTide - Round 02
Tyrn ran up to the window and evaluated the situation. They were advancing fast, and the half of the Clockie force that was most threatening was mounted and approaching fast. Thinking quickly, he took aim for the nearest one.

"Have some of this, you son of a wristwatch!" The shot hit the Clockwork Skeleton Hero, but did not seem to phase it in the least.

The rest of the Daft Mariner's crew filed into the ruin, and found that most of them had no line of sight. Sylus, however, found himself right by the window Tyrn used, and took his opportunity to blast away some Clockies.

The Clockies continued to advance menacingly, threatening to overtake the loosely defended ruins. The Clockwork Riders move into the entrenchment, using their action to look around. They find nothing more than the mortar cannon, a dangerous looking explosive shell, and the steam-turret that Tyrn had discovered the turn before.

Their Hero stood and contemplated his undead state, having not received any orders.
The Storm Skeletons moved forward and once again took potshots at the ruins, only to find that their quarry's cover was too much for their sorry blunderbusses.

A mysterious whirring noise fills the air... as the Will-O-Wisp appears! Drawn by the sounds of battle from an aerial patrol of the area, it moves in swiftly and fires on the Clockwork Storm Skeletons, destroying one.

I apologize for the crappy photos. I knew if I didn't do it now, I wouldn't for another week, so I was forced to use my cameraphone.
EDIT: Why the f*ck doesn't [img] work?

The img tag is coded to work for links that end in image extensions, e.g., .jpg or .png etc. Some security thing. If a website doesn't give you nice neatly formatted image urls, it breaks the img tag.Olothontor wrote:EDIT: Why the f*ck doesn't [img] work?
