Suddenly a ship approaches the shore...



The dreaded Bloodstained Serpent has come to pillage and loot St. Kitty!



Captain Rodrigo Palo is at the wheel, and his crew are hungry for battle...





Governor Studhead adresses the troops:



"Soldiers of St. Kitty! There might come a day of wolves, when shields are broken, alliances are abandoned, and all hope is lost! And that day... is today! So let's get fighting, or else we're screwed!"

There are four spots in this forum battle:

Pirates - Bragallot
Soldiers of St. Kitty - lrdofbricks
Secret Faction 1 - samuelzz10
Secret Faction 2 - Apollyon

Each faction has a secret objective. When you have picked your faction I will send you a PM with your objective and any other useful information.

This forum battle will not use the standard system of sending orders by PM. Instead you post your orders in this thread when you've received your objective. The orders that are posted first will be carried out first.

Only the Pirates and the Soldiers of St. Kitty will need to post orders for the first turn.

Arrr, i have already plundered and pillaged the Carribean when most of you were still cheese in the window... Ah, the days of Pirates!

Since the pirates are already taken i'd like to play a secret faction please.

I'll be secret faction 1- or whatever apollyon didn't choose. I've never played a forum battle though, do I just pm you "make my troops move forward and kill those enemys?

OK, so samuelzz10 is Secret Faction 1 and Apollyon is Secret faction 2. The secret factions will receive their objectives when they enter the battle.

And yes, orders are often just "make my troops move forward and kill those enemys" unless you have some grander plan.

The cannons open fire on the enemy cannons on top the bastion. Rodrigo Palo shall use his heroic feat to ‘encourage’ (read: threaten to make them walk the plank) the artillery men to make sure they don’t miss. The rest of the crew searches for cover on board and will use their Reactions to Bail if enemy shots get close enough to hit them (though not jumping overboard), except for the sailors operating the cannons who will of course stay near their cannons. After the cannons have fired, the Bloodstained Serpent will try to sail towards the coast to the left of the fishing net on the first pic, getting her out of range of enemy retribution fire if they can.

cannons fire on the ships cannon deck. four riflemen head north to the red building, stay behind cover. the other three head south to the palm tree. the mayor uses his heroic feat to try to sell the gold for mercenaries.
