Relation-SHIP Problems Turn 0/Sign-up

Ever since pedonuker was banned, the country of Nyphilis felt better. It felt...peaceful. The previously large army was discharged, the machines of war were left to rust.
But that abomination was not to last.
Soon pedonuker returned to Nyphilis, riding upon massive war machines that easily overwhelmed Nyphilis’s Fleyor-esque defenses. The once quiet, harmonious sounds of the colonies were filled with screams and cries as pedonuker pushed himself ever closer to the capital, intent on reestablishing his reign of terror, booty bothered, and n00biness.
When pedonuker finally reached the Bureaucracy Tower, Nyphilis fell silent. It was completely wiped off the maps of the brikwars universe. After the takeover, not even the demented cries of pedonuker on the chatroom were heard, with only lost, scrambled beacons reaching unwary listeners every couple months. It almost seemed like pedonuker, and Nyphilis, were gone forever, never to torment the brikwars universe again.
And they were wrong.
With the reemergence of pedonuker, many star empires immediately sought ways to end the pedonuker terror. Within hours, the peach army uncovered one of the most secret and ambitious plans ever attempted by the Nyphilian military: the construction of a SHIP.
Fearing the consequences of pedonuker’s possession of a SHIP fleet, they scavenged through the confidential files for the location of the building site. They were too late, one had already been constructed and a second one was almost finished.
Meanwhile, the corrupt peach government leaked out the info and other star nations expressed interest, each for its own reasons. Eventually, a total of four star nations began to invade the shipyards, each with its own objectives...
Enough exposition, let the battle begin!
On the planet Rapsodinia, the second Midgetman-class SHIP is almost done. It is a very busy base normally, with trucks shipping in the very last components for the SHIP and the n00b miner construction team putting the finishing touches...
But today is a very different day. A day of disaster. As the SHIP is in the finishing stages, a massive drop-pod with a squad of Tyronians hurtles through the atmosphere, crashing right in front of the supply truck’s motorcade and nearly colliding with the parked Phoenix fighter and Pegasus chopper. On the other end of the field 5 Brittanian drop pods careen through the atmosphere, blasting an empty, parked supply truck. Meanwhile, closer to the front, peach army units and vehicles rise from the sea and make a break for the Nyphilian fort. Finally, Assyrian forces are dropped onto the planet and end up in front of the bridge of the fort, standing off against the multitude of turrets and guns.

The star empires have chosen the right time to strike: all automated turrets and guns are off due to a systems upgrade. The upgrade will last a minimum of 1 turn, after which all turret will gain a +3 modifier. However, the player may choose to prolong the upgrade, with each passing turn the turrets gain a +3 modifier, however all turrets are offline during the upgrade turns.
