He then swings it round to take on the next wave.
The Swordsmen charge the confused Trollz...
Finishing them off, but losing one of their own in the process.

The Dauntless now out of the Battle and no longer a threat of attack, the Guardsmen hurry back the way they came. The Rangers prepare Responce fire, while the Mages begin charging power, again...
Behind them Duncan turns to leap back aboard his vessel...

Most of Lucians remaining force spills through the newly formed Portal...
Appearing again right among the Rangers and Mages...
Although both Mages are slain, the Rangers pull off some surprising attacks and kill two Skelies in return.
The Shades spill out just behind the Guardsmen...
And in the resulting clash a Shade and two Guardsemn fall.
Back on the otherside, one shade manages to sucessfully allow the whole army to attack twice. The Other is not so lucky as all he does is knock himself out...
The Blood Daemon removes the two insolent Rangers, the Officer fails to take out the last one, though.
The Guards Officer falls to the shades while his men kill one more Shade in revenge.
Lucian fails in his second spell attempt, while the Minor Deamons take the Awesomeosaurus down to 2 HP.
Trollz: G'o'D
Marruk runs back towards the fight and using his amazing stealth skills...
Moves all the way over here...
He must still be disorentated after his adventure in the river...

Surprise Faction Activated: Dark Elves
After the slalemate of Clash of the Tides, Fabian and Malak turned back to organise reinforcemnets for Warhead, including the Siege equipment needed for Merdos. Fabian then took some of his scouts East to aid Lucian...

And I lost the picture of the destruction caused, but basically the Dark Elf volleys (Thanks to a Heroic Feat from Fabian) blasted all, but two, of the Swordsmen down.
Fabian's bodyguard and Flag bearer move towards the Guardsmen...
The bodyguard lobs his poisoned throwing knives, the first misses, and sticks in a corpse...
While the second hits it's mark and the Guardsman falls. The Flag Bearer missed with her pistol.
The Dark Elf line prepares to advance further...
