Winter Has Arrived Turn 6

Trattorians
The remaining Trattorian destroyer swivels around and lights up its EMP Death Cannons on the Siri Loyalists.
The Siri destroyer is disabled and will be inactive for the entirety of the next turn.
The Trattorians then turn their attention on their recently-turned traitor and punish him for his unfaithfulness.
Praetorians
The Life on Mars floats uselessly in space while engineers work around the clock to get it back up and running. The Space Oddity’s crew abandon ship.
For now, it seems the battle is turning against the AN, until...
The Praetorians receive reinforcements! I’m too lazy to make a new Praetorian captain, but the Kitten Kong battleship and its destroyer escorts come to save the day.
The RIN cruisers take a hit.
RIN
The RIN turn their turrets toward their left.
The Avalonian fleet takes quite a hit. Poor communication kills, wouldn’t you say?
Also,
Akkadians
The torpedoes and boarding pods continue to scream towards the Life on Mars. I’m not sure if it’ll still be around by the time they reach it though.
The gunboats and fighters panic at the sight of the Lady Vega II (seriously, didn’t they work together in Quest of Piltogg???) and fire all they’ve got at it to take it down.
Those foolish Akkadians don’t remember the power of the Lady Vega II’s hex shields, which bounce the childish shots.
The Akkadian frigates, no wanting to be accidentally fired on by the RIN, leaves the Avalonian charge and instead focuses on the Trattorians.
All the Trattorian frigates were destroyed a few turns ago, but they hit the next best thing-a cruiser.
MASS
Formation Alpha moves up and proceeds to wipe out the Bavarians.
The escort frigates miss the fighter wing, but the cruiser succeeds in incinerating the husk of the last Bavarian cruiser.
Formation Beta advance towards the Siri Loyalists.
Not much luck with the fighters, again, but the MASS continues their astounding success with capital ships.
Including the Siri Loyalists’ destroyer.
Lady Vega II
The Lady Vega II fires back at the Akkadian gunboats for their insolence (OK so they were technically the closest targets to it, whatever)
One gunboat finally goes down, 6 turns into the battle.
Siri Loyalists
The Siri Loyalists regroup and take a roll call of everyone still alive.
They then proceed to continue to wear down the Life on Mars.
Bavaria
I considered the Bavarians to be the strongest TA faction at the beginning of the battle. Being whittled down to 6 fighters, they are determined to still make a difference.
A few more pieces are chinked off the Life on Mars
Avalonians
The Avalonians focus energy on opening a gravitic warp portal (LOL this bends the rules a bit but ).
One frigate succeeds in warping behind the MASS.
For the first time, the MASS are on the receiving end of some fire.
The others decide to pitch in on the effort to take down the Life on Mars.
The bridge is destroyed. That is all.

Sure thing!Robot Monkey wrote:Continue to pummel the Avalonians.

Also,
The admiral succeeds his feat and all Third Alliance ships gain an extra round of firing next turn.Robot Monkey wrote:"Oh, you think you were going to win? Pathetic. We will mop you from the brikverse like the shit stain you are. We will never forget your insolence, and your organization and it's members will be punished! Hail Uberkaiser Alec! Hail the Third Alliance!"
