The Master Of Invention
A distant cousin of Von Bragstein, The Master Of Invention seems to have inherited his family's mechanical genius.

Here he is.

And here is his newest invention, The Hand-Tank.
The Hand-Tank, being armed with a Tesla Cannon and a Railgun, can eliminate the toughest of targets. How does he lift it? Anti-gravity generators built into it.

Side view.

Rear view. Those disc-shaped objects are the Anti-Gravity generators.

Front view, staring down the barrel of the Railgun and the coils of the Tesla cannon.
