Sometimes the Falx recruit the people they conquer rather than enslave them. These unnamed soldiers are one such exception.
Kingdom extras. A jester, an old nobleman / cleric and a Hitokiri woman / Geisha.
A sea elf and two Brittanian heroes: Brit Pop and a tennis player.
Draklon Matriarch. Able to assert control over creatures and men with equal skill.
Wears armour when necessary.
She also has a slightly bigger horde to command now.
The Manly Men!
These guys are a new unit within the Neo-Prussian empire. They're special agents that can be used as spies, but are most commonly bodyguards for important figures. Their special ability is that they can fire even when in cc.
Another henchwoman for Sharane.
Speaking of Sharane, she now has a full Terrorkhan squad to rely on, complete with a tomahawk-wielding berserker captain.
This fig is a one-off, but he may be the first face of a new faction looming on the horizon...

I got really lucky with my collectible minifig haul, 'cos I've managed to put them all to good use:
Falx Councillor and Slave / Bodyguard.
Dapper Cowboy the dapper cowboy (right) and two other people... I'm going to let you guess who the middle one is ^^
Vladek has found a new job in the entertainment sector.
Space Nahtzee diplomat. The Space Nahtzee's have found that letting young hot women take care of diplomacy greatly speeds up negotiations.
She's also a secret agent with a fucking big pistol that can blow your brains out if you don't agree with her.
Space Thug / Pirate / Bounty hunter / Merc
Terran Federation trooper, Immortal pilot (an extra sidekick for Sharane), Moany Princess (Brittanian hero).
I also have a cyclops but he's generic.
