In all honesty, you actually DO have a bunch of space to make some rooms in there. Take advantage of it! You totally ought to set up a cool mechanic's station in that cargo bay, and other computer bits could get crammed into the other spare rooms and hallways.

Second, I was wondering if you had hatches in the main deck/hanger area, as I couldn't quite tell from the pictures and hadn't seen it mentioned.

Third, I love the Pegasus Missile systems. They look both amazing and simple, which is damn hard to pull off.

Fourth, I automatically approve of any SHIP that has a face with a giant gun in it. You, sir, are a winner.
