Tablescrap VTOL
Sat down this morning and was looking through flickr and saw an idea for a vtol. Taking the cockpit design I build this thing around it. I think it turned out pretty good for 30 minutes, and it even has landing gear. I put the ESF flag on it but I don't really think this vehicle should be part of it. Wrong color scheme for starters, maybe spec-ops? I don't know anyways to the pictures which is all you guys care about .
Pretty intimidating for a vehicle with only one gun (I need to remedy that).
Nother view (too much black for me).
Top view with the red and blue ESF flag in the center.
Landing gear that actually folds down.
Hoped you enjoyed c&c appreciated.

You have feminine fingers
And women don't play lego 2/10
Looks pretty neat, although I would recommend adding flares. Tons of unused space below, fit some flares in that thing.

The cockpit and body look great, but the one thing that gets me is the engines, they just don't look as good as the rest of the ship. I know from experience that building those engines are hard. I've tried many times to build a VTOL but every time I was never happy with the engines.

Happy Overwatch_Elite, I'm just a piano player that's all.
halo 3000: you are very right the engines were last minute they need work I know, but I don't know if this thing will even stay intact. If it does new engines will be created.

If you're smart you'll just put a block "around the engine" (no matter what it's supposed to be) so you can save time not actually making one!halo 3000 wrote:The cockpit and body look great, but the one thing that gets me is the engines, they just don't look as good as the rest of the ship. I was referring to the two propeller engines on the sides of the plane.Overwatch_Elite wrote:If you're smart you'll just put a block "around the engine" (no matter what it's supposed to be) so you can save time not actually making one!

That's really cool. Although the engines look blocky, I still think it looks great.

I think that the ship has a cool, sleek look to it (minus the engines), but needs moar dakka. Otherwise, great job.

Indeed. More dakka is required.Alex wrote:I think that the ship has a cool, sleek look to it (minus the engines), but needs moar dakka. Otherwise, great job.
