Hold on, I thought the Black Knights were Alltimate, not Assyrian.
Natalya, could you clarify?

Hold on, isn't that your ferocious cult? You are aware it's an ornament, yes, no?

I like the gun arm but the pen knife is a little... little. The rest is good and needs a porcelain cult proof forum battle, stat.

Very nice helmet adaptation :D

I'd seen those helmets around, but never thought of using them as a military helmet.

Adds to the steampunkish vibe these guys have and makes them look sufficiently modern at the same time, nice. Didn't know those helmets worked with visors either.

Thanks, after the Assyrian Incident at Pretoria the Britannian's are gearing up and mobilising for a coming conflict. The High Lord Tactician Cromwell has assessed some glaringly obvious weaknesses in the Britannian's outdated army and has begun a drive for modernisation. Little has been heard from the outer colonies protected by Grand Admiral of the Yellow: deSilva (Silverdream) and the Britannian League fears for the worst, the lights of civilisation are going out across the Empire and something must be done... strong evidence of Assyrian involvement has been supplied. (Oh, hi Natalya) But the Britannian Intelligence Service or the Foreign Ministry have yet to specify what evidence is or who it was provided by.

(I had to drill a small dimple with a sharp scalpel on each side, which was easy enough to do and won't hardly be noticeable when the visor is removed).

Cool, they're finally getting clever, I hope you'll make some All-Rounders as well to fill up the melee department. No obligations though 8)

I do hope that Cromwell isn't as much of a dick as the real one was :?

You're joking right. Cromwell was a General who refused to take control and could have taken it all. He gave back parliament and bowed out. After a bit of reading you'll see that it was more likely the old national prejudice that fuelled the hate crimes between the Catholic and Protestants alike and that these atrocities were laid at his feet by the perpetrators. You can't lay all that on one man, even a figure head and say, there THAT'S when it all happened. That sort of hate had been festering long before Cromwall was even born. He was a hard faced bastard though, no doubt about that.

I'm a fan of the trans-blue visor and the first goggles.

The visor looks higher-tech and should go on officers and specialists. The goggles look good on infantry.

Jolly good show, what? those helmets look quite nice with visors on them, I might have to try that myself when I find mine again.

For the sake of preserving stereotypes, I hope that you make Cromwell an even more ridiculous bastard than even the worst stories.

Don't forget the lights are still on in the Lost Valley on Dinoreich, though possibly the Britannian garrison there has more outdated equipment than just about anywhere else in the League. They do happen to have a crate of Harper's Volley Guns though, - a weapon that despite its age always serves to impress.
