Kaiser: "Are you sure this 'super weapon' you created will be able to contend with the super tanks that have been crafted across the Brikverse?"

Sir Bragallot: "Vell, it hasn't been dested in battle yet, but I am pretty convident it vill."

Image

Kaiser: "Whoa."

Sir Bragallot: "Behold: the Gekka!"

Imagei

Showing it's proper respects to the emperor, the machine saluted.

Image

"Quite impressive, Sir Bragallot. But you spoke of advantages these... 'Knightmare frames' as you call them had over tanks?"

Image

When it's walking, the Gekka might indeed seem like an easier target, especially because it's armour is lighter than a tank...

Image

That's why it has these wheels to roll, almost 'skate' so to speak at speeds far higher than a tank, making it a difficult target. Watch Code Geass if you haven't already to see what I mean.

Image

Also equipped with a flight jacket.

Image

Dual heavy cannon, and a flamethrower for troops that get too close... Either that or something that shoots bombs, I haven't decided yet.

Image

There's an anti-personnel heavy machine gun built into its left arm.

Image

The claws can rip and tear through solid steel.

Image

Of course, that's not enough...

Image

Giant OT Sword. I promise, I deliver 8) This just about used up almost all of New Prussia's OT reserves, OT will be reserved for elite units or commanders, others can get standard energy swords.

Image

Knightmare frames can fight with the mobility and skill of elite warriors and beyond.

Image

One downside? You need extremely skilled pilots.

Image

This survivor from Operation Mastercutor has gained herself a nice promotion.

Image

To make sure she lives, the hatch will detach and rocket away to land somewhere safely on command should the Gekka be defeated and blow up.

Ahah, when are you Death Tankers going to learn? Nothing is more badass than giant mechs!

Love it Brag! Simply love it! I believe it is slightly larger than the Gekka's shown at Code Geass but that just makes it awesomer! Although its sheer size and claws make it already a worthy foe, I would recommend adding some serious dakka! Sure, infantry is cooked with some anti-personnel weapons, but it needs that classic "mecha weight" armor defeater über cannon.

Besides that, splendid job! I might just redo my Hellraider to make it more agile, Battletech inspired mechs are starting to get behind the latest war machine tendencies.

Is that even possible? Also, you should add some bigger guns.

It's definitely (a lot) bigger, an 'actual' Gekka is like 3 metres high so in Lego let's say 3 figs ;) When I first started building it I just kinda started and thought 'wait this thing is getting too big' but 'cos it was working out pretty well I just continued. The idea is it would slash vehicles with the OT sword and SW guns are Size 3 so pretty heavy already but yeah, I could still add some weapons, it wouldn't hurt.

Apart from the AC, that's the awesomest mecha I've ever seen.

Code Geass and Brikwars. Truly there is no greater combination.

I feel like the only thing that could make this better would be articulated fingers so it can flip the Immortals off between grenade volleys.

I dunno. By the looks of it the Vanquisher is bigger than that.

The Gekka is 31 bricks high actually (not counting the wings). The idea was he could easily outmaneuver and own tanks by avoiding their heaviest weapons but (super) tanks would still have more firepower not to be too lame.
