This is what I thought as well... and if it's true, we've got quite a while to anticipate and drool over the concept art. Hopefully we'll get a demo of some sort, but it's doubtful...

The city looks so kick-ass it's not even funny... I wonder how weapons will work? I wonder if they'll have set stats or what-not.
