New screenshots released. We just don't have details about the gameplay...

New article on IGN:

Interesting stuff for a game that's still a year away from release.

A dark force is threatening to wipe imagination from the LEGO Universe

MegaBloks anyone?
Remus: Harry... I'm a werewolf.
Harry: Are you fucking serious?
Remus: Well yes, but I don't see how that applies here.

Awesome, monocles feature in this game.

They should use that line for advertising.

@stubhawk: that definitely looks a bit like your style to me.

if 20 chickens can fit in a brick, how many pingpongballs does a crocodile have to eat so it can swim faster than a washing machine?

I don't think lego are going to have PvP since many AFOL don't like the idea of being repeativly smashed by 7 year olds.
(lego chose some bad wording there"haha i got totally smashed!")

A Duel mode i would welcome, haveing an option would be nice.

Yes, I'm sure that PvP was a bad idea because people don't like losing them. That's brilliant.

My friend Julie passed me this one, I think this is the best article I've seen so far:

http://www.mmorpg.com/gamelist.cfm/game ... 658/page/1

However I have certain qualms:
julie: this is getting passed around today http://www.mmorpg.com/gamelist.cfm?game ... 658&bhcp=1

stubby: lies! netdevil's offices aren't in san fransisco. I already distrust this article

julie: haha

stubby: "The game begins just like most other MMOs: Players create a surprisingly detailed little LEGO man, complete with the round yellow head, and enter into the MMO world."
stubby: BULLSHIT!
stubby: I've never seen any other MMO start that way!

julie: lol

stubby: ""[LEGO Universe is] the first time we're going to bring lots of LEGO worlds together," said Creative Director Ryan Seabury."
stubby: yeah because this is the first time netdevil's made a lego game
stubby: where else were they going to bring lego worlds together? Auto Assault?

julie: hahah

Also, where is our interim Blitzen? Crimes against grammar are being committed:
