Hey, when 1.8 comes, you'll get rid of the hunger mod, right? It would be rather redundant if you kept it.

Edit: Hey ham, can you bring the IAS Seagull back to one of the fortresses? I don't really want to lose all that work.

This a dumb question I guess but will there be an RP reason for the new scenery when the server is restarted? Also I was thinking and I bet next time I log on Kauflete will have made a huge glass sphere containing Ironfall and/or Tempersia with all their glass spheres.

well, actually apparently the build limit is supposed to be malleable for moders and what not in the 1.8 update.

In Notch's block I read that a guy modded the hight to 512 to fit the Nether, the Surface, the Sky and the Aether on top of each other in one world. But that's very heavy on the hardware, most of all the RAM. My poor old PC surely would collapse. And that way you can no longer use the Nether for fast travel.

...plus, just doubling the skylimit would mean that if you jumped, the ground wouldn't be able to render before you hit- meaning that you'd fall all the way through. Hardware limits.

I imagine you would need to handle it like most video games do, with varying levels of detail based on distance.

Again would someone please answer my "dumb question"? And with the giant sphere it was a joke. (A poor joke I now realize plus it could have been worded better.) Also I thought Ironfall and Tempersia were at war with Kauflete, haven't heard a thing about it. Lastly, are the Sky Nation and Kauflete different factions or just different names for one nation? If the Sky Nation is a separate faction where does it stand in the war alliance wise? (If the war is even happening)
