Post albums you think are underrated. Personally, On Through the Night is one of my favorite albums, minus Hello America.

That one is pretty good.

Another horribly underrated album I'd like to present is Golem by Protector. They were one of the first Proto Death Metal bands in Germany, but remained underground all the years.

Never heard of them, nice find!

Also, I don't know why this EP does not get more love. It's great!

Majestic by Gamma Ray seems underrated to me, it's a really badass heavy-as-fuck kind of album but they rarely play songs from it and it just seems to be a little bit ignored...

Carved In Stone by Rage is often seen as one of their weaker or even weakest albums, but while something does seem slightly off about it compared to their other albums when you first listen to it, I now think it's actually pretty damn good, and it quickly grew on me.

Animal Rights by Moby is also pretty underrated. As is Host by Paradise Lost - generally these underrated albums are albums with a different style than the band usually plays, at least in my opinion / experience.

In the end though, the only opinion you should care about it your own, you're the one who rates the album. I think Trapped! by Rage is one of the if not the best metal album ever, but I don't expect everyone to agree with me.

I've actually got that album on a picture disc. Can't go wrong with that.

Another underrated album, I could listen to for hours is the self-titled debut album by Wilczy Pająk (renamed themselves in Wolf Spider around the early 90s).
