Although i cannot personally speak for that forum's usefulness: I am a chef before I am an epicurean, and I don't know much about brewing (when I'm interested in something, I go do it but I have neither the space for a brewery nor can I purchase drinks)

Pretty cool quest you got there- I'm sure once you post your army in the Armoory you'll do fine.

If you live in Canada, try talking with Natalya/Aoffan/Silverdream to see if they're interested in a real-life brikwar.
