What should I make for breakfast

Oatmeal is a staple, but you may want something with more protein.

Steak, Bacon, Eggs and Sausages while paired with hash browns are an excellent source of nutrition.

When you're feeling lazy, tired or hungover I reccomend whatever is in the fridge. Sometimes there are gems like Chinese Food or Pizza, which taste good cold.

If you have time in the morning but not time to *cook*, a good thing to do is ramen- make hardboiled eggs in some stock, throw in whatever you have in your fridge cut up real thin, and drop a ramen brick on it!


Also good for breakfast is quiche for maximum swole.

Bread. Preferably rye bread. Put something on it. Choose what to drink, voila.

Two scrambled eggs with some cheese.This is a low effort, low time breakfast,and you can do it in 10 minutes.

Yoghurt with cereal and raisins, cheese sandwich and tea is how I roll.

If you have time then scones is the morning food of the gods.

I'm surprised that anyone cooks anything for breakfast.
When you need to be at work by 8am and have a 1 hour drive, you need to get up at 6am.
