Um, Russian Roulette with an Automatic... get it? The first attempt is always going to fire, it's an automatic with a spring loaded clip not a wheel cylinder revolver... too subtle for some, huh? So even just putting one bullet in means the bullet is next to fire as it's pushed to the top... bang! Get it now?

Well, you could make it work by putting in the non-firing dud bullets for training, and only having one real bullet.
