Anyone Near Indiana?

Does anyone live near the Northeastern side of Indiana?
More specifically Fort Wayne area?
I live moderately close to there and it's a larger city, or at least for Indiana.

I'm more addressing Elmagnifico because he lives in Ohio.

If so, I don't know.
