I've been looking around OC trying to find a game store that would hold us but brookhurst hobbies still has thier gaming area converted to storage space let me see if i can find a few more hobby shops. because there is no way your getting through the east bound 91 traffic in less that an hour most likely 1.5 hours

You try The Realm? They're smaller than the last place we went to but they do have a gaming area.

Honestly the first place you held it at seemed like a good enough location to me. Easy as hell to get to.

usually yes but tuefish and roc would have to come out the 91 corridor which should only take 30 minutes, unfortunatly there is such a crush of humanity that it normall takes about 1.5 hours to get thru the press of people. bassicly that meant they at best wouldnt get at gmi until 6:00 in the case of Roc though depending where in the anaheim hills you can take a shortcut by using the toll ways but none the less the toll ways don't dump out into the 91 toll lanes so its still at least a 45 minute drive. comparatively i could drive into the anaheim area in about 30 minutes from norco. unfortunatly they didnt plan for the huge amount of humanity needed to run the businesses placed in the oc not only that but theres a huge difference in price for the homes for no apparent reason

thats ok the store owner and me had a falling out over brikwars, so i moved to GMI unfortunatly i was introducing people to brikwars and he said that would be disruptive to his business and told me never to bring them again.

where as gmi had was more than welcome to have us so theres the difference.

any thoughts as to what time period the next game will be? I have plenty of pirates for nautical warfare, also I've improved my space viking army.

all right im looking at 3 dates good for me. in august sunday the 16th, 23rd or the 30th, start around noon.

as for type of battle i could go either way, i have a pirate ship i also have (almost) 3 space cruisers if we want to do a space type battle.

if we have space ship combat well use the modified rules that i wrote up so its doesn't take a day and a half to kill something. the rules are in the supplemental section of the forums, we use primarily the hp system.
