: All vehicles have both a self-destruct device AND an ejection seat which trigger automatically upon vehicle destruction.

And if you roll a one, instead of being propelled by the springs, they get impaled by them. And if you role a six, they fly into the path of a jet's turbines or high enough to splat on the ground.

No. Just do a What I Say Goes roll, with your opponent thinking of the negative result on the spot. In the battle between me, Zipps, and Natalya, one of my bikers tried to eject onto the church tower off of his motorcycle. The end result? He got impaled on the cross instead. I can't find the cord for my camera, so you'll have to wait until Nat posts her pics.

We already have rules for bailing. And packing a construct with explosives isn't too costly.
Give a minifig an inch, and he'll murder for a mile.

Especially if your construct has ordinance anyway and hasn't used all of it. That's the way I play it; any bombs or rockets on a vehicle when it is destroyed automatically blows up. Each construct also has a "red button" that simultaneously detonates all remaining ordinance on the MOC.

You guys are missing the point of the rule. It has nothing to do with new explosion rules or anything, it just means that if a vehicle crashes, it automatically explodes and everyone inside ejects. That's it. You're thinking about this too much.

what if there isn't anything to explode on the vehicle? like if it's a horse or a bicycle?

In that case, the horse explodes violently in a burst of blood, and the impact cause the parts of the bicycle to go flying and impale people around it.
