actually, I think drinking that much while in the vicinity of live weaponry.. you do have a very real chance of dying, or ripping your shirt off and go on a weird killing/shooting-whatever-moves frenzy... while standing on top of your team-mates who you accidentally killed in the process.

That's it! If the minifig drinks 10+ beers, roll 3d6 stumble dice- everything that the minifig touches takes 1d6 damage.
