A bunch of war robots armed with machine guns square off against a squad of ninja-cats over the Mystical Bunny Heads of Doom, which have the potential to save the world by making Miley Cyrus lose her voice if introduced to her daily soup ration. The robots have been sent by Billy Ray Cyrus to prevent this from happening, while the ninja cats are the representatives of the All things Cool Alliance Troopers, or ACAT.
