Yea, but these are people in his bigger army. If it were just these guys, fine, but they'd still need their CP upped or something.

It's a tool vest. Good for carrying grenades and grappling hooks and screwdrivers, but doesn't look much like armour. The nail gun things are cool though. I haven't seen someone use the divers oxygen tank for a weapon before.

I have a dino hunter body covered in pockets, what makes them so great is you can claim to have all kinds in them, grenades, top hats or even AK47's, i use it on my hero.
Speaking of hero's i tend to use a fixed armour value for a hero, (improving the stats of a minifig as if it were a size on creation, which it is, of course).

It does look a little like a flak jacket. but I woudn't say it is.

Elmagnifico, it kind of does look a bit like a Flak Jacket but the red thermal undervest is a spoiler for me... or is it, hmmm... War Vets meat Grizzly Adams wild man of the mountains. That could be cool.
