ok,,, ok ok ok .OK i am a newbie to the forum (duh) and i just want to say hello and i love you all so very much...... ANYway i want to know what my fellow brikwarriors think of my halo brik spartans rules

cp:100

skill: 1d12(+2)

move:8"

armor:20 shield and 2d6+8

hp:12

plus a ton of special rules im to lazy to tipe.like 3 feats, biofoam etc. SO tell me what you think :D






Ps:if youv read the halo books this is in fact like a spartan II but i don't always use him because of obvius uberness. so i use a not-so-spartan spartan called bob who is very toned down and a lot more usable for the more like areana battles i play

too expensive, and anyway they die easier than the armor rates you have, also what are "shield" and "hp" and why are they in the main stats? also the high skill is not true since most players of those games are 5 year olds who don't know fudge about anything.

My problem is the cp proprtion.

An armour of 10 (standard fig +6) would be appropiate, adding equipment armour onto this (2 pieces) would give you 10=2d6 (approximately 16) armour. the skill is only one step up from a hero. The 8" move isn't much only 4 cp worth.

I would say more 20cp for this (not including equipment)

Okay, I guess you guys don't use the extra rules, but hp is life you can use for damage that gets through your av, like if you have 4av and 2hp and you get hit with a 5, then you have 4 av and 1 hp left got it? if not check out the trooper's arsenal or whatever


okay and as for the shield, it's 20 so if I take 20 damage it drains until the next turn got it?


oh and I made him 100 because he can take down whole squads of guys soo

I'll just have to show you all the AWESOME little page I made for him

This system is retarded.
So if i have a troop with 1 hp and 200AV then it would take 1 hit of 201 damage to kill it? but a troop with 100AV and 2hp would take two shoots of 101 or 1 shot of 202 damage?
Av is just armor rating, which is already a stat.
and HP is just extra lives, which is used as a special.

Also on the skill you put "1d12+2" Where the fuck did you get a d12!?

The HP is just like the HP system in creations in 2005 rules. They have HP equal to their Size. Each time you beat their Armor (or Armor Value [AV]), they lose 1 HP. When it loses its last HP, it's destroyed.

Technically, because minifigs are .5 or 1 inch size, they have 1 HP. You beat their armor once, they lose 1 HP, they die.

And you get a d12 the same place you get any other dice.

no board game i own uses anything other than a D6.
i use online dice genarators for when it's really needed.

thank you one eye, like I said I'll have to scan the page I have and show you all.. I can't right this second because I don't know how plus I have to go to an airsoft game but I'll get it up by tonight to see what you think.
