To post images do the following:-

1) Post your image on flickr, Brickshelf, mocpages, webs or any other image host. I recommend webs as it allows you to build your own website, so you can post large battles there then link here, although you can continue with this from there.

2) If your in google chrome right click it and click copy url, may also work in some other browsers, or click properties then copy the url manually.

3) use the following:- note that you can manually type or click Img at the top, note also though that if you do the latter it can easily fuck itself up.

As for rulesets, do you really need any? You're wanting a Scenario.

I would simply treat the Headless Horseman as a Pilot. That works fairly well IMO. :omnom:

Well, that would work. But because he's a ghost, I think he should have some specialities

Well, let's see, the 2001 version had some rules for ghosts. Not sure how it worked off the top of my head...
But still. I would just use that, and then give it Piloting and a Horse.

Can't wait to see this battle. :omnom:

I have a half formed thought about that one. He can't die but he's only on a Day Release from Hell so he has to return there when his time is up. He can only exist for a period of time or for a number of kills. I still think this would be an unplayable unit but great fun to play against. I see him as a game determining time limit. I would recommend him to be played as an NPC by the forum host.

Vendetta: Must attack the mini-fig who is marked. A random Mini-fig is marked and must be killed. Only the Headless Horseman player knows who it is until he attacks. The Headless Horseman can attack anyone who gets in his way so long as he is trying to achieve his goal. When the marked mini-fig is killed another is instantly marked randomly, until everyone is dead, who isn't the Headless Horseman.

Day Release from Hell: The Headless Horseman can't die, he's dead, but he can't just hang around and go bowling with the lads and stuff. He's here for a reason and once that's done then he's back off to Hell. He can remain for as long as it takes to kill all the marked mini-figs there are.

I tried something like that before and you would be suprised how hard it is to get people to attack you so as to allow you to live another three turns.

BTW:

A Ghost is a mysterious and dreary individual; its glory days are far behind but it isn't quite ready to leave. A Ghost cannot make any kind of attack, although it can carry small objects, deliver messages, create spooky sounds, and cause all kinds of mischief. A Ghost spends most of its time in an intangible state, allowing it to travel through floors and walls and rendering it immune to any physical attack; however, the Ghost must solidify to speak or carry objects, during which time it is extremely vulnerable. Rumors of Ghosts having the ability to turn invisible are incorrect, although a Ghost can fake invisibility by quickly floating behind a wall or descending into the floor.

And so:

Horseman's Stats:
Skill: 1d6
Move: 4"
Armor: 1d6 (when tangible)
Specialties: Piloting, Intangible (see above)

Horse's Stats:
Skill: 1d6
Move: 10"
Armor: 1d6 (when tangible)
Specialties: Intangible

The Horseman can only kill (or be killed) when he is tangible. His horse must also be tangible. He can decide to become so (His horse must also do so), using an action: he also tangible IF someone is holding his head.

Now we'll race to see who pulls this off first. Ready, Set, GO!

I'm gonna try this later tonight. It's gonna be Jedi and clones vs. The deadly spacemen vs. the Headless Horseman, and i'm gonna use the rules you made up, Coximind(plus the egg-hunt-thing).
