Fire!!!

Postby CreatioNZ » Wed Apr 30, 2008 6:53 pm

Hello, yesterday I played a game using fire rules and here they are.

Anything that goes in the perimeter of the four fire counters is instantly destroyed.

The flame starts in the center and each counter moves d6" in a diagonal direction once everyone has had a turn.

any minifig that is 2" away from the perimeter of the fire must take a d6 wound, or if it is a special creation, d10 wound.

A player may sacrifice his/her turn to move the one fire counter d6" in any direction they please.

These rules are funny near the end of the game when minifigs have to stand on their guns just to stay alive  .

hahahaha it's okay. yours seem good for a fire-dominated scenario, whereas mine are just "so let's say something catches fire mid-game..."

Hey this is a good idea. I like the thought of making fire move in the direction of maximum mayhem rather than randomly or realistically. That fits in a lot better with the spirit of the game.

played somethin simmilar to this, but involved lava instead. The field had three to four stories of playing area/buildings. after two turns of normal play, the lav would move up one brick height, and would continue to rise until the bottom of the highest story. INSTANT KILL to all figs on levels covered by lava. Only survivors during the game were a hero and a medik!

But true heroes know deep in their marrow when they die and fall,
"Tis better to have faught and lost, than to have never faught at all!"
