I was thinking about making a Rorschach costume for Halloween last year.

They're very easy to make. I was Rorschach last year, and I bought most of the materials at value village.

Is Value Village like a Goodwill store?

Try Tuesday morning, dollar tree, or pretty much anywhere where they sell random crap for super cheap. Thrift stores will also have sweet cheap suits.

Oh okay I should give an update... I have a lot of things to do for this costume; basically everything needs to be re-done except for the goggles I have are okay. But fortunately I made a lot of progress yesterday and today:

- Made a new cuff thing and it's better than the old one
- Got new Go-Go Boots
- Got new white long-sleeve shirt
- Got some materials to convert an old Roller Derby helmet into Haruko's helmet
- Got some components to make the guitar better


Basically she has a bunch of different things, so it's best to break it down into each thing she has being its own separate project and then taking them on one at a time.

Goggles - Check
Helmet - Have materials to complete
Cuff - Check
Gloves - No
Jacket - No
Shirt - Check
Pants - Check
Boots - Have materials to complete
Guitar - Have materials to improve
Scarf - No

Basically I have 4 of 10 things totally completed, three I can work on, and 3 where I have made no progress.

I got into the con scene this April at Anime Central in Illinois, and I mostly do Dave Strider from Homestuck. Cosplay is pretty awesome when it allows me to take cheesy 80s action poses like this with my girlfriend.
