Maybe your doing it wrong. Make sure you know how to have fun with Lego and more importantly how to allow others to have fun too. Then if that doesn't work try some torture techniques, they have advanced a pace since I was a youth but the old ways are still best. Perhaps applying some pincers to the correct body part will give favourable results.

Also he thinks that it is boring because it is turn-based but when I return to my home I can upgrade my groups. And I repeat torture and killing him is unavailable as an option

Hmmmm, perhaps try reverse psychology, or try a form of peer pressure. "I knew you were too lame anyway, you never do anything cool." That should especially work if it's a younger brother.

What got me into BrikWars is just the joy of building your own custom army. Show him some cool MOC's done by others (Go to Flickr), such as Lord Dane, Jonny Cloud, [soren], dunechaser, legohaulic, and mondayn00dle. And show him some cool custom minifigs, such as Jaster's work. If he just doesn't like playing with LEGO at all, then there isn't much hope for him for ever liking BrikWars.

Same here, while Death War (I think that's the one you meant, it's the better one) and is not the biggest battle (ZZD) it is just well put together with enjoyable factions, troops, battlefield and reporting on it. Not saying that ZZD isn't fantastic, just saying that Death War did it first.
